Calling all readers
From page to stage, get a sense of the adaptation process and perhaps even influence the production!
In this book club, we will read Emily Brontë’s classic novel Wuthering Heights, discussing the myriad ways it has been and can be adapted to the stage/screen, and then conclude with a viewing of the Ohio Shakespeare Festival world premiere production.

January 12th - First meeting at Greystone Hall for coffee, snacks, and to discuss Chapters 1 - 9 (the Act One section of our adaptation). Free form chat and led discussion formats.
February 2 - Second meeting. Discuss chapters 10-16 (the Act Two section of our play)
February 16 - Final meeting. Discuss chapter 17-34 (our Act Three). Stay afterward for a sneak peek at rehearsall.
February 27 - group viewing of the OSF production; Q&A with playwrights and actors afterward.
Book club discussions will be led by playwrights Tess Burgler and Sarah Pine. They will be a mixture of free-form chats, playwright led discussions, and bookish games.
